Which platforms do you implement?

It depends on the requirement, your team size and your budget. We recommend a platform after understanding the problem — not before. We'll also tell you when the best option is one we have no commercial relationship with.

Do you resell software licences?

Arrangements vary by vendor and by project. We'll be explicit about how licensing works, what it costs and who holds the contract before you commit to anything.

Who owns the platform account?

You do. Your licence, your data, your account. We'd rather you can leave than feel trapped.

What if we already started an implementation that stalled?

That's a common reason people call us. We can assess what's in place, work out what's salvageable and either finish it or recommend a different direction.

Can you integrate the platform with our existing systems?

Usually. Integration is a normal part of implementation work. We confirm what's technically possible during discovery, before committing to it.
